This is a NATO approved German Air Force Survival Ration. Not much is known about this particular ration. It was produced mainly during the early 90s during or just after the reunification of Germany in 1990. 

It contains emergency ration bars of some type, in addition to tea extract. Two types of bars are present, however we do not know what they contain.
